The worst experience ever, they kept delaying for 4 days, called them many times and texted them and kept postponing for no reason They have communication issues, not honest. I canceled my doctor’s appointment waiting for them just to deliver a painting from home goods how are it could be ? They asked for double the money and still didn’t show up, never ever dealing with them again. I sat for 10 am to 4 pm and no one showed up. Such an awful service.

Worst company in the entire world, DO NOT USE. It’s like Uber drivers for deliveries only there’s no drivers and the call center people are clueless. I waited around for 5 hours the first day my crib was scheduled to be delivered just to be told they needed to reschedule. Second day, I called in the morning to make sure they were coming that day and they said yes (scheduled for 10-2). I got a call around noon saying the driver was headed to the store. 3 hours later and I still had not received the crib or any communication from them. After calling and asking to talk to whoever was in charge, I was told the crib is still at the store and it may be delivered by 8 pm that night. It’s like they have no way of actually contacting the delivery drivers that are “assigned” to the order. I am so sick of this company! $200 for delivery and assembly, hell nah!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a couch Tuesday and chose to have it delivered today. They gave one window-an email said 9-9 and their text said 8-8. Got up at 7:30 and was contacted around 5 that the delivery would have to be rescheduled after getting the run around all day. You can't call only chat. Called another company and they are delivering tomorrow for $40 cheaper. And in response to their comment below, there has been NO contact. Don't trust this company. Hire someone local.

I purchased a console table from Home Goods last Saturday, and was scheduled to have it delivered Tuesday morning. Due to your company falling behind schedule, we had to reschedule, which should have been for Wednesday, the next day, as that would make sense. But we were pushed back to Friday morning. I had to call them a million times to get them to come out today. They finally showed up at 430pm (had plans that I had to cancel). They were literally in our home for less than a minute, didn’t speak to us, or ask where the item would going, just plopped the item wherever and left. So my husband whose 75 and handicapped and I, being 72, had to try and move this extremely heavy console table where we wanted it. They also placed it on some of our cables, and didn’t give me the chance to move them prior to placement. I understand they are a separate company outsourced by Home Goods, but to pay over $100 for them to deliver in a little over a mile, is insane! I will never order anything from Home Goods again!

What a day. I will never use PickNow as a delivery service. They are so unreliable. 1st. We had scheduled a delivery from Home Goods for Tuesday for 6-10pm. Tuesday arrived and they canceled it and then asked us to reschedule. So we did for Thursday 2-6 pm. This time I called them at 11am to make sure we were good because we had to rearrange our work schedule to accommodate their availability. They assured me that everything was on schedule to be delivered. 6 pm arrived and we received a text not a phone call but text stating that they need to reschedule again. Hell no. No way no how. Not falling for that again. If you know anyone that is shopping at any of their affiliated stores. I would say find someone else. Don’t use them because you may get that text saying sorry for the inconvenience but we need to reschedule. I gave them one star because I couldn’t give zero stars

This company is terrible at what they do - deliveries. I waited all day for my scheduled delivery only to find out they have to re-schedule for 4 days later! Home goods recommended them but they are totally not dependable.

I wish I could leave 0 stars! I paid $1389 for a sectional with a SAME DAY DELIVERY FEE of $95 for PICKUPNOW to deliver at 7pm (the next day from 8am-8pm) and checked the status throughout the day and noticed it said they were still looking for someone to deliver my order. At 4pm, I was concerned and reached out to PICKUPNOW on their online chat. I was told they GAURENTEED my delivery for before 8pm, today. At 530pm, I got a call from the delivery company to say that they would need to reschedule my delivery. DO NOT USE PICKUPNOW FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY! Not only would they not honor what is advertised on their FB, website, and Big Lots website, and what they said on the online chat, but their management told me that it's based on availability, even though they don't say that online. Big Lots doesn't refund you and PICKUPNOW doesn't get paid from Big Lots until its delivered, so they give you the run around on refunding you. Save yourself the agony (in my case) of not being able to get your $1400 patio furniture for the time that you paid to have it delivered. Big Lots needs to find someone else who cares about their customers the way Big Lots does! PICKUPNOW kept me on the phone pretending to help until it was too late for me to be able to pick up my order. And then the manager hung up on me when I asked for legal info. And now no one will chat with me online or answer my calls. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I agree with the person who said if they could give them a zero star rating they would. Pickup took my money, confirmed the delivery via email and then never came with my furniture. I booked the delivery on a Wednesday morning for Saturday afternoon and they never showed. They claimed that they texted me at 3:00 and another person claimed that they had text me at 4:00 something. Lies! I promise to sue this store for the furniture which I bought at habitat for humanity ReStore since they didn't get my furniture and the ReStore will not return my money and furniture and will consider it a donation per their rules. If my delivery charge is not credited back immediately I will stop payment with my bank. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau, The Attorney General's office for New Jersey and Consumer Affairs. I will be meeting with the director of the store in hopes that they stop recommending this "company" to unsuspecting honest customers. Look for my review on all social media sites. You messed with the wrong person.
