It's been weeks and I still don't have my "same day delivery." They just keep delaying it. So. many. times. Anytime I ask if I will ever get my item they just say "it'll be this [insert week day], we promise, except we literally don't promise because we can just not deliver it that day. Or ever. Too bad sorry." Cool. So you can just promise to ship me something, and then never deliver it? That's definitely how a DELIVERY company should work. While you're at it just promise to teleport me the item along with gold and caviar. It's not like you actually have to do what you say your business does!

I booked a pick up service and after continuously telling me they would call me soon as they were coming they never showed up. then i had to fight for a refund even though they never completed the service.

Wish you could give negative stars. Just finished my third scheduled delivery day with no couch. Week later and nothing but a run around. No contact from company, I had to reach out for any info hours after delivery window! Stay away! Terrible company.

If we could put no star we would. Completely unreliable. Booked this company almost 2 weeks before delivery & pick up of couch at store. They rescheduled, requested 12 hour window, rescheduled, rescheduled, we stayed home again 3rd day, they rescheduled again 3 times up to 5 pm and rescheduled again for following week. We GAVE UP and hired a local guy with a truck. TERRIBLE COMPANY! Poor excuses, poor scheduling on their part and completely unreliable. Do not use them!

Told me I would have a pickup window between 2-6 pm. Then day of they call me and say the delivery window is an all day delivery window and I need to be home all day, when I’d already made accommodations for 2-6. As is people dont work or have things going on. If I would’ve been told I needed to have someone home all day I would’ve made plans for that but since I wasn’t told until that morning I wasn’t able to. Ridiculous.

The confirmed a delivery between 10a and 2p. At 1:45 they told me the couldn't find delivery team. The said I would have to reschedule for the following week but, because they only book six days out I would have to pay again. Also, there was no guarantee they wiuld deliver then. I told them that where I bought the chair I needed delivered would only hold it one more day what should I do? They said return the chair. I called Dolly and booked for the next day. My delivery person called me 20min later. The chair was picked up and delivered seamlessly. Do NOT BOOK WITH PICKUPNOW THEY FALSE ADVERTISE, HAVE THEY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND CAN CARE LESS THEY LEAVE YOU IN A BAD SITUATION. Couldyou imagine if I was moving. Book with a reputable company. because this company is not.

My Furnitrue finally arrived. It wasn’t easy. I scheduled my delivery fot Monday August 16th between 2-6. No update at all. I called three times and they kept giving me the run around. Finally got a call at 8 pm they were ready to deliver. I was not at home. Rescheduled my delivery and once again no update . Called got the runaround again. Finally got a call from delivery person they were on there way. The customer service rep was supposed to call me back Saturday with an update nothing. I will never is this device again. The actual people who delivered my items were great . The problem was the company. Horrible customer service , never called back and never followed up.

I had furniture waiting to be picked up on your website you would pick up on 8/21/21 between 6-8pm so we waited and waited call big lots to see if the guys got there before they close to pick up our furniture and nothing. I called your customer service about 8:30 pm and he claims to say my phone number was put in wrong. I told him u have my address just come by and delivery common sense should tell u just let's go and see if they are home and me as the customer which I have common sense knows to wait between 6-8 as your website confirmed it. I am very unhappy with this company so I asked for a refund. But I still think it's your responsibility to still deliver my furniture at no charge. I just think your guys didnt want to deliver this late so they made the excuse that my phone number was typed in wrong. I would appreciate a call from a supervisor and make things right or trust me I will surely tell people not to use you guys to deliver to their houses. Call and ask for joe or Shelton at the big lots in humble tx they have my number if u want to make things right with me plus I dont feel I should be charged u guys have a guaranteed 1 day delivery and as u see you guys failed. Google big lots number in humble tx and ask for joe first he is manager over the whole store Shelton is manager of the furniture dept. I would appreciate an answer from you guys if I dont hear one then I see that your company gives bad customer service. Actually your company does not deserve not even 1 star it should be no stars.
