Awful and dishonest company. There is no same day delivery,the delivery windows are a joke. Have wasted 2 days and finally canceled service. I would give this company minus 100 stars if I could.

SHITTYYYY ASSS COMPANY!!!! Please please please please STAYYY AWAY!!!! Save yourself frustrations, time and headache by staying away!!!!!! Trust me. I never leave reviews, but had to for this one so no one else goes through this! Stay away. Far away!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, despite the appeal of them delivering large items from Homegoods. Three reasons: 1. Chaos. They use contract delivery drivers they cannot control. They do not know where they are (no gps tracking) and they do not when they will arrive. I needed to make 4 appointments--three of which they missed entirely. Worse yet, a large item was missing when they finally arrived in an old, open-bed pickup truck without any markings on it . I now am waiting for a third delivery attempt today (4 days late). 2. They do not stand behind their mistakes. They blamed the missing item on Homegoods not having it in the right spot for pickup. Yet, they knew they were only delivering 11 or 12 items on the delivery order. They then tried to charge me for a second delivery attempt, which ultimately they offered to do for free. However, it never happened. 3. The Pick Up supervisor refused to refund even a portion of my $279 for the delivery...even though the delivery was incomplete--referring me to their website saying that "delivery times are subject to change." They should also add "may never happen at all and we'll take your money anyway. Next stop...credit card dispute. I usually write 5-star reviews. Save yourself the hassle of having to write a 1-star review and find another alternative.

🙌🏿👎🏾👎🏾 👎🏽👎🏽DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR DELIVERY 👎🏽👎🏽 PICK UP NOW SERVICES.The requested day schedule was not met. This company is unorganized,unprofessional. They rescheduled my delivery after having me wait the entire day(Saturday). Then Terrance had the nerve to not take responsibility for their actions, but made sarcastic remarks. This was the first & last time I or my family/friends will ever use their services. They also removed the Materials that were mines used to cover merchandise( this was a velvet sofa). So merchandise was delivered uncovered. On rescheduled day received a message stating merchandise was being picked up from the store, then less than 40 minutes later received another message claiming they were running behind and suggested that I rescheduled again. Worst experience ever & last. I even called to voice my complaint with female manager (Kionna) who was nonchalant and thought there was nothing wrong with the issues that I had with the delivery. I requested to speak with someone above her, & was told there was no one else. They suck & so do their prices. HORRIBLE SERVICES.

They confirmed a same day pickup, did not pick up the item, and now the person on chat says they don't have same day pickup in my area, and item would not be able to be picked up for another 3 days. What a rip-off

Ordered a Outdoor plant from athome and they used this service to deliver it , needless to say it was never delivered. I called them they sent me a picture of a front porch that is not mine saying it was delivered . I filed a claim , called back a week later for them to tell me it was delivered and they have a picture . Athome says I have to deal directly with them and this is a company they partnered with.

This company is an absolute joke. I have been rescheduled 4 times for the delivery of my baby furniture from buy buy baby. I would NEVER make a large purchase from them again, bc of them using this horrible delivery service. Nothing but the runaround and lies. Absolute disgrace. Make sure whoever you’re dealing with in the future, that when it comes time for delivery, they don’t use this company, or else you’re in for nothing but frustration, lies, and anger.

If I could give negative 8,000,000 stars, I would. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to using this service. I would never recommend this service to my worst enemy. My time has been wasted twice by this company and they did not communicate effectively. I had to check-in close to the end of the delivery time frame to figure out where the heck they were. I am waiting on a delivery to my new home, so I am literally sitting here with no furniture and simply waiting. I also don't want to see any BS response from customer service.
