Failed to deliver my items from AT HOME & Could possible care less that they screwed up. They rescheduled my delivery without contacting me. The delivery company picked up my item up then called me. I informed them that I was not home. He replied by asking me "where do you want me to leave your things?". I ordered a mattress and bed foundations.

The schedule time for my delivery was 10-12. At 10:00am, I was contacted and asked if they could change the time to 12-2, and I agreed. Around 1:48, the driver texted stating that they were waiting for the items to be loaded on the truck; keep in mind that the store the item was purchased from is about 30-40 minutes from my address without traffic. I would not recommend this service. I’ve paid $189 for a service to be provided at a certain time, and it’s become nothing more than a inconvenience today and I have other things to do. I’m still waiting.

In total disbelief!! After 3 rescheduled deliveries, all of which was told I would get a call 30-minutes before arrival. The latest 12-hours delay was informed the soonest delivery could happen would be 2 days later. Due to capacity issues, no alternative solution, no discount, nothing.

This company requires payment up front for a delivery service and unfortunately they DO NOT deliver. I am still waiting for a delivery I scheduled for same day, three days ago. It is really bad business to take money up front for a service BEFORE it is rendered. They do not even call you with updates and reschedules. Customers have to call them and request information. I will never use this company again.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!! I ordered sameday/next day delivery...paid extra $95!!! (Big lots) it has been 4 DAYS!!!! 3 canceled deliveries!!!! Was "GUARANTIED 3 TIMES!!!!" Do not use them unless you have a month to wait for what you pay EXTRA $$ for..... Their customer service is absolutely no help...They tell you, So Sorry...You'll just have to WAIT!!!!"....THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BISUNESS!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 P.S.....They never called to fix the issue as stated below in there comments!!!!!! Horrible customer service, once AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Customer service is EXTREMELY rude. Package was to be delivered Monday and here it's Thursday. After 3 reschedules it's now (again) rescheduled for Sunday? Don't waste your time, honestly.

This company literally can’t deliver anything. I ordered a gazebo through big lots paid the shipping fee, got a date and time. Date and time come and go, no gazebo. Their tracking info says it’s “running late” I emailed and they said they just canceled it. They cancelled the day after the delivery was supposed to be made.

I scheduled my delivery for today my day off. Given a window 0f 10am to 12pm. Good Guys showed up at the store I purchased my patio sets at but unable to pickup because there was not enough room on the truck even though I gave them the dimensions and number of pieces when I scheduled. Waited all day for delivery unable to run errands. Spoke to supervisor and told she was unable to do anything except reschedule. I do not have another day off until next week. This is unacceptable. The store I made the purchase at only stores your purchase for a brief time due to limited space. In addition to that I am a manager at that location and am always recommending this company. They do not respect the customer in the regard of the negative impact to the customer. I am very frustrated and feel the robbed me of time I will never get back not to mention taking away the joy and excitement of enjoying my purchase.
