Scheduled a pick up. Had it accepted. An hour before pick up window I get a call that my order needs to be rescheduled as they have no drivers in this area today. And now it will take a week to get my refund as I can't trust that they would have someone tomorrow either. Now I'm struggling to find help moving this because I relied on them. I would never reccomend this company. Edited: I was able to contact someone and they managed to find a delivery to pick up my item. 2 good guys did a phenomenal job and I appreciated everything that happened. I would say that the guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and did a great job.

Chris & Gary were very helpful! Excellent communication from the time they received my delivery request until they arrived. They only area for improvement was the time it took me to get someone on the phone, which was about 25-30 minutes. The young lady answering phone, sounded like I had just woke her up. There was a lack of energy & enthusiasm. At the end of the call, before I could finish staying thank you have a blessed day, she hung. Which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. Perhaps she was having a bad day or doesn’t realize that’s how she came across. Overall, I would use them again.
