Great delivery
Josh A and Andy V did a great job finding my new house and delivering the baby furniture they were careful with the walls and the carpet and but booties on there shoes they placed it where I wanted it and help explain the best way to assemble the crib.

Josh A and Andy V - Highly Recommend
Josh A and Andy V were on time, professional and respectful in wearing masks. They delivered our mattress carefully and made sure they didn’t scuff walls. Highly recommend!

So…We meet again
Ordered through Big Lots again, 2 twin mattresses this time. And just to my surprise, it was Josh! Just like last time, very polite and pleasant to be around. Not to mention, he’s VERY quick, but careful. See you soon Josh!! ***this delivery was for same day! I placed the order at 9am, Josh called me at 12pm

Excellent service, Excellent experience!
Our experience with PICKUP exceeded our expectations. Scheduling was quick and easy and we appreciated the text communication sharing when the items were picked up at the store and headed our way. Josh A. & Andy V. were absolutely amazing with our delivery and assembly. It truly was white glove service! They were extremely professional and efficient, while also so personable and friendly.
