Double Payments…
Unfortunately my last encounter was awful. I have never been so disrespected as I was with your claims group. I have fought with your supervisor team for over 9 months and still no resolution. I am considering replacing insurance as I am researching other groups. It is so clear that the group were not operating under good faith nor. common sense. love and Peace: Dr Karen Woods 704 819-7090

Very misleading coverage
Very misleading coverage, even for things as simple as a dental checkup and cleaning. Lost my business. Switched to a more reputable company.

Thank you for your feedback. Physicians Mutual dental coverage provides benefits according to a schedule for over 350 covered procedures. The benefit schedule is available online at www.PhysiciansMutual.com. If the charge exceeds the maximum amount of the benefit shown on the schedule, the patient is responsible for the remainder of the bill. Many of our customers have coverage that provides access to network discounts. Be sure to check with your provider prior to receiving service and get a pre-treatment estimate to avoid unnecessary expenses.

Cost is very reasonable as is covered…
Cost is very reasonable as is covered services. I do think cleanings shoul be covered atleast 3 per year though.
