If you could send out letters of rate…
If you could send out letters of rate increases - before January, I'd appreciate it. I need to know this info while open enrollment is open.

Legacy website experience
To be clear I’m reasonably confident in my tech abilities. But your website is difficult to navigate and your recovery options for id and password lost are cumbersome and remind me of legacy leftovers from years ago. Fortunately the products you sell are highly competitive and worth the extra hassle. It’d be nice to have both though.

You tell the dentist office over the…
You tell the dentist office over the phone that some is covered nearly 100%. Then we get a bill showing about 1/3 coverage.

Had crowns put on after having dental…
Had crowns put on after having dental insurance for a year and a half . Dental office checked to make sure they were covered . After a year I was contacted by dental office that they were not covered.

Cost to provider
Dental out of pocket cost very high. Insurance pays hardly anything.
