you find every reason you can not to cover things on policy you say are covered and we are paying for them

Denied coverage despite dental necessity
Despite my crowns being a dental necessity and within the correct policy coverage window and my dentist conferring with the insurance dentist AND sending x-rays and evidence through the appeals process AND the insurance dentist AGREEING that if I were their patient, they'd do the exact same procedures, my claims were still partially denied. Don't trust their menu of covered services, they will fight your reimbursement tooth and nail for each service while collecting your premium each month.

My first Dentist visit that to be…
My first Dentist visit that to be covered was August 1 , 2026 I seen the Dentist for the first time on July 29, 2026 because I needed to know how much it would cost me Work was done on Aug 7, 2026 Very disappointed that that I was totally refused even a little help. I did called to tell that the work was done Aug 7,and I did give them the codes from my dentist of the work done, I was glad to hear that I should get $600 + as their shareI, would be decent if that would be the case. No call-back
I left a phone message to ask more about their dental plan after receiving mail encouraging me to apply. I left my phone message with an actual person who promised I'd receive a call-back. Well, it's been 2 days---no call-back. So, if prospective customers get ignored like this, what happens with customers who try to get reimbursed? Don't think I will pursue a dental plan with them at this point.

Barely pays for normal dental fees
Barely pays for normal dental fees. Takes forever to pay! Poor customer service.

For those who apply, we also provide a 30 day right to examine period which allows you to review the policy and schedule of benefits. If you are not satisfied, simply return the policy for a full refund of premium.

I wanted help finding an in network…
I wanted help finding an in network dentist, they couldn't tell me of any. Thank you for reminding me to cancel my "coverage" through them, I get charged $70/month, yet haven't found a dentist.

Double Payments…
Unfortunately my last encounter was awful. I have never been so disrespected as I was with your claims group. I have fought with your supervisor team for over 9 months and still no resolution. I am considering replacing insurance as I am researching other groups. It is so clear that the group were not operating under good faith nor. common sense. love and Peace: Dr Karen Woods 704 819-7090
