I really don't have much to say
I really don't have much to say. I've only used it for the dental xrays and cleaning. That is being paid on time and I'm happy with it. So far I've not had any procedures done as of yet.

Cost to provider
Dental out of pocket cost very high. Insurance pays hardly anything.
