So far, it has worked out to my benefit, helping to reduce my out of pocket costs for dental care. I am coming up on one year so have not had that much interaction with the company yet.

Too many snail mails trying to sell me other insurances!

Just wish they paid more for out of network.

Despite my crowns being a dental necessity and within the correct policy coverage window and my dentist conferring with the insurance dentist AND sending x-rays and evidence through the appeals process AND the insurance dentist AGREEING that if I were their patient, they'd do the exact same procedures, my claims were still partially denied. Don't trust their menu of covered services, they will fight your reimbursement tooth and nail for each service while collecting your premium each month.

It was very nice people very professional. I don't understand when you having it. If you bring attention to a rash cough or bump. You need to schedule another appointment to address what should be discussed in your physical. That is why you are there.

I have no concerns re my policies @ Physicians Mutual-a dependable company-much appreciated!!
