Constant interruptions on the EU machines due to "mitigating an attack", whenever one server gets hit, it affects all of the machines causing all EU machines to go down or that's how it seems. No compensation is given for these constant issues. And good luck waiting on upgrades for hardware on EU machines, it has been half a year and still nothing. Their panel is quite nice though with good features and optimizations for the server.

I believe that the hosting is way better than most game hosting companies, they give you access to a lot of free addons, and have fast support. I absolutely recommend this host by far.

I've been a difficult customer to Physgun. I've been very impatient with waiting for my server deployment and after having the server for 2 days, I invoked my right for withdrawal. However, with that being said: they kept to their promises made in the ToS and Physgun is a very good hosting provider.
