I paid for their insurance which is advertised as a resolution in 1-2 days. It has now been months and they have told me that it has been denied. A bunch of clowns working here stay away. Terrible customer service and misleading all around. Order was in JULY....

When I received the watch it was put on charge until fully charged. I set up to sync with my iPhone however was unsuccessful several times. After the fifth try it finally responded. It now is functioning as expected.

I received my phone within 4 days of ordering it. I ordered a phone in good condition and I was more than pleased with its condition. I didn't see an sign of wear and tear and not a scratch on the screen. It looked like a brand new phone and definitely runs like one. I WILL DEFINITELY use Phonedaddy for all my phone needs!!! Beware of changing prices! The website has all sorts of GREAT prices...UNTIL you actually CLICK on the item, then the ACTUAL PRICE is SIGNIFICANTLY higher. This company likes to play games with the customer...I got two different prices for the SAME item using my phone browser vs my computer browser. Go figure! Another annoying surprise...you have to SIGN for the item, even when it is just over $100. This is a real inconvenience because FedEx drivers expect you to answer the door in 30 seconds or they leave a tag for you to then have to GET THE ITEM YOURSELF at their facility.

The phone was a great price, especially with the screen protector and case already installed. The shipping from PhoneDaddy was good, but the carrier took way longer than the promised delivery.
