I love how the minutes automatically renew on my credit card. It makes it so much easier when one of us is in Iceland and the other one is in Colorado making the calls.

The process is easy

I have been with PhoneClub for over a decade. The phone calls I make to Europe are satisfactory and the cost is quite reasonable. I have been pretty happy with them overall in the past. Today I tried to add to my account and I have not been able to do how to do it. Nothing seems to be working. There’s no place I can enter my credit card number. And worst of all there is no one available to talk to me. They do not list a phone number. They have a pathetic contact for help. Hah! Ask a question and we’ll contact you. Right !!!! I’m still waiting.
