Hi NiLi, When using the app, 99% of connection issues are caused by the slow internet connection or fluctuant speed. Please use the latest PhoneClub app version to exclude any previous bugs and have the option Offline Calling from the app when internet speed is challenging. Hi jahangiri, We're not sure what's wrong, but we can see your account was last used in November 2019, you got the credit through an in app purchase and used in 3 day time the $5 you've ordered. Hi RG, We recommend you try the Speed Dial feature available in your account for free. Speed-Dial allows you to reach the destination number by just dialing 1 digit on your key-pad. - Log in to your online account - Click on Speed Dial - Click on a digit and in the space provided, enter the phone number of the person you wish to link to that digit. - You may also enter the name if you wish. - Click SAVE Ensure that the phone number you enter is in international format - i.e. that it includes the country code. Now when prompted to dial the phone number, you simply press the digit assigned to the phone number you wish to call (do not press anything else) and our system will dial the number for you.
