Hi Jamal, Sorry to hear that. 1. The quality of the calls when using an app that uses Wi-Fi or cellular data depends on the quality of the internet connection. If the speed is low, you'll experience call drops and low signal. We suggest: -Installing the LATEST APP VERSION, and enabling the Offline Calling feature for free. The prices we have are the lowest on the market. Some destinations have a higher price than others on the whole market, due to infrastructure and other costs.
