Hola Beatriz, Gracias por abrir el tema. El sistema siempre le notificará de la manera que usted mencionó antes de cortar la llamada. Su comentario ha sido remitido al departamento encargado y si habrán cambios, será notificada. El sistema solamente permite que la llamada se mantenga por unos segundos después de avisarle que el crédito está por acabarse. Apreciamos su comprensión.
