Dear Customer, We sincerely regret the negative experience and misunderstanding. To continue offering higher quality and more varied templates, and to protect the creative rights of our design team, we have added the Exquisite Membership feature. Membership features are identified by a crown in the upper left corner of the font or icon. You can choose free fonts or icons without this identifier. Our app offers many free features. Subscription offers more benefits and functions , like an AI generator and fonts to use to create your labels. If you want to continue printing without a subscription, you just need to avoid using PRO tools (AI assistance, paid fonts, etc.). If, when you click to print, the app continues asking for a subscription, it means you're using some PRO tool. Please double-check it. (The most common issue is using a pro font , they are the ones with a pink crown on top.) Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Phomemo Customer Service Team

To help us check and resolve this accurately, could you please contact us and provide a screenshot of specific templates you mentioned? We will verify the issue with our technical team immediately.

Dear customer, We sincerely apologize for all the frustrating issues you encountered with the printer, which brought you a terrible using experience. Regarding the iPhone connection failure: please download our official dedicated App on your iPhone first, then complete the Bluetooth pairing and connection within the App. For document printing function, it is also available inside the App, which is not limited to stickers and label printing only. We fully note down all your valuable feedback. Our team will revise to make the operation clearer and more comprehensive. If you need step-by-step connection and document printing instructions, please tell us your printer model and computer system. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Sincerely, Phomemo Customer Support Team We sincerely apologize that following the troubleshooting steps provided still failed to resolve your issue, which ultimately led you to return the product back in May. We have fully noted your real usage experience and will feed this back to our technical team for further optimization of the APP operation and problem-solving guidance. Thank you for your honest feedback.
