Really pleased that I purchased the M221 printer, it has worked well. Chosen because it can do 20-75mm wide labels, which are pretty big. The software on my phone has linked with the printer faultlessly, and seems very logical. It's easy to produce smart looking designs that print out exactly as displayed. The software needs to be clearer about where designs are saved and offer an option to keep them locally in the device. The login is a bit clunky and I lost a lot of designs that were saved in the app, I guess they were store remotely. The image handling is good and the choice of fonts and clipart is extensive. Overall very pleased with it.

Printers ok for labels but people need to take in the fact that these THERMAL printers do not use ink and consequently the image fades over TIME when exposed to light .NOT USEFUL FOR ARCHIVE MATERIAL.

I really liked the product. It took a while to arrive, however I had no problem. What I think is that phomemo, as a mobile and tablet app, could have an image exchange community and a better stocked image bank. Besides, I liked it and I'm really enjoying the printer. customer service was excellent, every time I needed it.

Hice una consulta sobre la llegada de mi pedido y me contestaron en menos de 24 horas para asegurarme que llegará mi pedido. Sé que por el tema del virus será más larga la espera, pero me hubiera gustado que me dieran un estimado de tiempo de espera.

Love the product but communication from order to confirmation to delivery to actually delivered. Had left something to be desired

I really love this little device. It's portable, and the battery lasts a while. It's so cute and the it functions very well. For what it's worth, the price really isn't that bad. The only con to this device is how expensive the refill rolls are :(
