Phoenix Capital Group IS the REAL deal!!! Glad I found them!
I was VERY apprehensive to enter into investing with Phoenix Capital Group because of fear of being scammed...but thru some honest tears and having Matt Willer and Cameron Smart gently guide me through the process, THEY STAND ON EVERYTHING THEY SAY. Trust this company!!!!! My dividends come exactly on time and the whole experience is VERY credible. I am grateful that good, honest and kind people exist and Phoenix Capital Group delivers!!!! HAVE NO FEAR!!!

While we appreciate the review, we're afraid you may have us confused with another company as we deal in the financial sector and mineral right holdings. We are headquartered in Denver, Colorado - call us anytime should you have any questions. Thanks!

I have had used great and reputable…
I have had used great and reputable CannaEats. But here I Honestly feel lied to. Even though the wording in their statements is correct, 9% APY, I think they could do a better job of stating it is 0.75% per month. And including this information in their sales tatics' statements.

Thank you for your comment and we couldn’t find your investor account in our system. We apologize for any confusion while reviewing our offerings. To share more, we are filed with the SEC and all documentation is available at https://bit.ly/PhoenixSEC. We are proud of the corporate bond offerings that we provide along with the transparency of these offerings. All language is reviewed by compliance. The Regulation A+ offering is a 9% annual interest with a three-year term paid monthly. Let us know if you have any further questions at [email protected] as we are happy to connect.

Not as expected
I spent considerable time working with Cameron Smart to invest in a 9% bond. My IRA funded the investment in May and Phoenix Capital returned my invested capital in June. It was supposed to be held for three years. I did hear from Cameron and he said the rules only allow them to handle a certain amount in bonds and I will have to wait until July to invest after all. Hopefully things still work out.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion Mark, during your investment process we maxed out our Regulation A offering - not something we thought would happen for a few more months. We have filed an amendment with the SEC to increase this offering intake and rest assured, you'll be at the top of the list once were all cleared back up. We appreciate your support and patience!
