Our experience with Phoenix has been outstanding. We have handled multiple investments in a variety of non traditional products as well as typical stock and bond accounts. Phoenix wins hands down, on investment returns, promises kept, customer service, staff interactions, complex multiple entities on our end that other companies could not handle without mixing them up and Phoenix has done so wonderfully. Management is accessible - quarterly webinars tell you everything you could possibly want about operations and SEC disclosures are made promptly and completely. Every payment has been early or on time and requests to level up are executed with alacrity.

Like I said the first time phoenix energy has always been my number one energy source I hear phoenix energy source was brought out congratulations on all the new members of the new phoenix energy generation cheers

Alex and Josh were very professional and never tried to "lure" me in. They simply stated the facts and procedures. They were extremely courteous and considerate. I thought that if I invested $250,000.00 I would get the thirteen point five percent interest on my money and Alex was very quick and polite and corrected me. I'm looking forward to receiving my monthly payments and if I can get the $300,000.00 returned to me that my fiduciary embezzled from my account I'm pretty sure I would invest another $250,000.00 but might only invest for three or five years. Alex and Josh were very ethical. They made no unsubstantiated claims and were clear and direct.
