Phoenix Energy is by far the best Private company I did direct investment with. Great interest rates. Opportunity for both Accredited and non-Accredited investors. They also have Publicly treaded Stock (PHXE-P in Yahoo) and get two digit dividend every year, paid every quarter. I invested from my IRA, they take all the headaches of paying for and dealing with the Third party IRA custodian, that's a big plus for me. I trust the leadership, they are very passionate about their business. They are always enhancing their business process in many innovative ways to make the business more efficient and profitable. Great customer support, they will put up with any of my ridiculous question.

The people at Phoenix Energy, that I've had the pleasure of speaking with, can only be summed up in one word "Perfect". When young, I was always told that no one or nothing is "Perfect". But that is not the case at Phoenix Energy. Sure, there are adjectives like fantastic, exceptional, great, unbelievable. But none of these represent a "Perfect" experience. Which I have had with all the associates at Phoenix Energy that I have spoken with. The date below is because I've had several conversations before and after I became an investor with the most recent in August of 2026. And every one has been special. So, it's actually YTD.

Phoenix has been outstanding. I rolled an IRA into their 11‑year bond, and my first RMD is scheduled for next year. Even with the RMDs factored in, the projections show my IRA growing to more than two and a half times my starting amount. I’ve also sat through several quarterly bond‑holder updates and had multiple questions answered directly by upper management, including the CEO. This has been a strong and reliable investment choice for me.
