PHENIX InvestigationsReviews of phenixinvestigations.com

The highest complement I can give any vendor is to be a repeat user. I have used Phenix Investigations several times now, and have been satisfied every time. Phenix is my "go to" asset search vendor. Keep up the good work!

Very fast, courteous and efficent.

My review is not satisfactory. I asked to reach Therisa Breslin. I got names of relatives that I could not reach. I did not get the name of the facility where she is living, the address or phone #. Her phone number may be blocked and I got no help from your agent. The goal of this investigation was to get me in verbal contact with Therisa Breslin and it was not met,,!!!! I am totally dissatisfied with your services

Excellent service. Always answered any questions or concerns our office may of had. Had received follow up phone calls during the process of the investigation with status updates. Once the investigation was completed received a detailed phone call with what was found. We will use PHENIX investigations in the future.

Joel was great, excellent communication. Thank you.

The report found some important information that was needed for our lawsuit that we were unable to find with our own research,

Very satisfied with the job Joel did for me. Would use again for background check if needed.

You’d be better of doing Google searches yourself. They provided me a financial back ground check for $3000 on an individual and literally none of the accounts they identified existed. In addition, the banking accounts that I know existed for this individual did NOT show up in their analysis. Last, they never provided any back up details on the accounts they claim to have identified, nor did They follow up on my questions or complaints. Don’t waste your time.
