I felt the investigation was thorough, but I felt I have a complicated case, they may require more investigation. The investigators did a great job of looking at the big picture of the scam. I was conned out of money by an experienced con artist. Phenix did look into financial records of the con artist and had pictures of her residence, and tracked her activities. I would recommend this company. I thought the prices were fair. Obviously. nobody wants to have to use an investigation service. but if you do, I would trust this company for your service.

Your company did a good job. Very quick response, which I truly appreciated. The phone number and home address was accurate. The email address I received was not. Nevertheless, I was able to connect with the person I hired you to locate. For that you are a gem.

This would have been a five star, if not for a communication mix up that delayed the project by a few days.

The report generated provided very useful information, but certain details were left out (ie addresses for banks and investment accounts and dates for balances found). I also found that while our contact person was pleasant, she was inexperienced and unable to answer additional questions posed about the report. Nevertheless, I would use the service again.

Phenix Investigators are very on top of their jobs and responsive. I have no complaints. They always get the job done.
