Seem to take an age with the person…
Seem to take an age with the person before, having a chat rather than giving advice. When it was my turn, the pharmacist walked off even though I was right in front and never came back.

Went to collect an emergency prescription, the young girl there asked me my name 3 times, didn’t ask me to write it down or for my date of birth nothing, I saw her go behind and speak to the pharmacist, and they both blatantly just agreed to tell me it’s not available because they didn’t know my name. It’s poor service every single time you go there. Very rude and unhelpful staff, long wait times. They need to go and have training on how to deal with the public instead of treating people like it’s our fault they work in a customer facing role. Young girl super rude when I’m challenging on why I would be told medication was available there if it wasn’t.

Just one word to describe - DISGUSTING Staff is unprofessional, rude and definitely unhelpful. AVOID!

Staff are very rude, and the time it takes for them to make up a prescription is pathetic. Put my prescription in a week ago (they like to blame surgeries for their incompetence) and I'm still waiting. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Placed my order on Friday, 23rd January, 2026. On Saturday, 24th January, I received an email notification that my prescription was ready for collection at the ASDA Bilton store. On Sunday 25th January, I made a thirty mile round trip to Bilton to collect my prescription only to be told it wasn't there and that I should've called the store to confirm, in spite of an email advising that it was awaiting collection. I was also told that, despite being in store opening times, the computer had been switched off so no further investigation could be undertaken, even after being informed that I was going to be away for the following week & unable to collect it, therefore resulting in a week long interruption to my treatment. Beyond a sneer & shrug, there was absolutely no intention on their part to mitigate the situation, with the implication that it was my problem, not theirs. I avoid ASDA due to its propensity to employ slab faced harridans whose grasp of customer care is on a par with Fred & Rosemary West's concept of child care. This experience only served to reinforce that view. The staff involved need to either brush up on their customer focus or find employment more suited to their skills base, perhaps working in a abattoir or as nightclub bouncers would be their best bet.
