Worst service ever, you will never get your prescription and they just lie to you about trying to fill it. They say they were unable to contact my doctor, yet I can call the phone number and have no issues. They lack professionalism and transparency in the process. From the first try it is super obvious that Amazon has zero understanding of the service they are wanting to provide. Avoid it all costs go to a real pharmacy. FWIW this was for a prescription of Prevident 5000 toothpaste! Total joke of a pharmacy

Don't expect the same Amazon customer service in the pharmacy! I had a Rx set on autofill from Amazon pharmacy. I've had that set up for over a year. All of a sudden, they started shipping me smaller quantities of my medication than what my doctor had prescribed. I hadn't changed anything. No idea why. Then all of a sudden I got charged $148 for my prescription that is normally free. I spent an hour chatting with customer service and their answer was... too bad, there's nothing we can do. The issue was that they shipped my prescription before it was due for a refill. So, they knew my insurance wouldn't cover it so never billed to insurance. They just charged me out of pocket instead. Then they told me that it was my fault because there's a setting I didn't even know I had that gives the option to pay whatever is cheaper - using insurance or paying out of pocket. They claim that this setting gives them permission to autoship before the Rx is due for refill and charge you out of pocket. The never even notified me that they were going to charge me. Stick with your local pharmacy! Amazon has gotten into a world they don't belong.

My pharmacy sent them the prescription, they never got it. Now I have to make another doctor appointment.

Prescriptions take days/weeks to fill despite constant calls. I do not understand how this happens in a pharmaceutical company, when people need their meds!!

The Amazon pharmacy system is outage/broke since end of February 2024 they’re have to reach out 3rd party to fix the issue but it’s haven’t been resolved. There’s no time frame this is going to be fix.

Lost all my medicine. Refuse to do anything about it. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered RX on March 19, 2024. It was supposed to be delivered on March 24th. Then it was pushed back to March 28th. Now, it's been pushed back again to March 29th. On March 27th, I was notified that delivery was pushed back to March 31st. I'm not sure if it will ever be delivered.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The amazon pharmacist decided to override my prescription because they decided it was contraindicated even though it was prescribed by my doctor and, when they called my doctor, my doctor told them to keep the prescription and they were aware of the potential issue. The role of their pharmacist is not to override my doctor who already knows me. Now I am rushing to try to get my prescription filled so I don't miss a day which is a far worse issue. In addition their customer service person told me my doctor canceled it (which she did not). Finally, Amazon also filled the wrong quantity the one time they did fill it - less than I need. Given their website is so buggy I can rarely even get to it to see what's going on, I will NEVER use them again.
