It's absolutely the worst company to deal with. They lost my 90-day supply of medication costing me another trip to the doctor and a $225 doctor visit fee to get re-evaluated and a new prescription put in. (Because you can't just tell a doctor it was lost in shipping and magically get a new prescription these days.) And to top it all off they used up 90 days' worth of my prescription benefits so I also have to pay $185 to the local pharmacy to get my pills. $410 out of my pocket for their carelessness. They are so out of touch with reality that it isn't even funny.

HORRIBLE. since my insurance company switched to amazon pharmacy it has been nothing but issues. we have three type 1 diabetics, when you call they will only speak to one person at a time, so if any issues on multiple accounts you have to continue to waste your time calling back. when the doctor writes a script for 9- days, they automatically add a 30 day script and if you don't catch it, you end up paying 3x the amount of a 90 day script. I CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW HORRIBLE AMAZON PHARMACY IS

Don't bother. Jumped through all of their hoops only to be told they could not fill rx because it was out of stock. Amazon should have told me that in the beginning of the process. Won't use again.

Amazon pharmacy filled my prescription for mounjaro, giving me 3 months worth. My physician upped my dose and they have had my prescription for almost 2 months without filling it. Customer service states on one hand there is a shortage yet they fill the prescriptions randomly for patients. They state that existing patients get preference, but I am an existing patient and still no prescription. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

If you have to use Amazon pharmacy because of your employer I feel bad for you because it’s worse than explosive diarrhea. I have prescriptions which are nothing crazy and literally since I’ve had to used Amazon it’s gotten screwed up literally every time I’ve had to order. It’s by far the worst online experience I’ve ever had.

Amazon did not deliver my prescription to my home, instead shipped it to a post office in different zip code. When I asked Amazon to put a tracer on the delivery, they informed me that, it is not possible. Please don't waste your time and money with Amazon pharmacy.

The amazon pharmacy seems to be completely automated, and as such it was efficient and easy to use--until it wasn't. In March of 2024 they had an issue contacting my insurance, and subsequently billed my credit card instead of insurance. I called customer service repeatedly to try to fix this, and the customer service opperators all said they someone would look into it and get back to me with a resolution. But no one ever did. The customer service people, while pleasant, seem to have no authority to actually do anything, and it is impossible to speak to anyone with any authority. After a month of trying, I had to give up and absorb the financial loss. Obviously I also changed to a local pharmacy, with actual staff to talk with.

I prechecked whether they accepted my insurance 2 weeks before transferring and was told they DID work with my insurance. I transferred my prescriptions and had to wait 2 weeks for them to fill my first order to "resolve industry-wide insurance issues". I finally just got in touch with someone and they rudely informed me they wouldn't accept my insurance... so I guess they just straight up lied to my face and left me without important medication for nothing.
