Poor experience from the start. I was suspicious when the notices during registration for the account kept directing me to have my prescriber to send NEW prescriptions instead of requesting transfer. Why would I place the burden on my prescriber if Amazon wants my pharmaceutical business? Felt unusual and lacked customer service. I attempted the transfer of two medications and within 10 minutes, I received notices for each medication that stated they (Amazon Ph) attempted to contact my old pharmacy and received no response, so the "transfer failed", instructing me again, to contact my prescriber and request they send new prescriptions to Amazon. NOPE!

It was big mistake dealing with Amazon Pharmacy/Pillpack. Save your time and sanity by just going to your local pharmacy. They encourage you to sign up online and then when you realize how bad of an idea that was, they'll make you jump through hoops trying to cancel. Eventually you'll find that you have to call them, which felt like a trip to the Dept of Motor Vehicles.

I placed my first order. At first shipping was delayed, then they said it was cancelled because the "package was damaged." They refunded my cost, but they did not reset the number of refills remaining. I contacted their customer support about this, and they tell me that because the package left the facility it counts as a refill, even though I never received it. So I am now short 1 refill on my prescription just because they have a terrible policy and poor logistics. I will have to switch pharmacies yet again because their incompetence and lack of customer service is frustrating.

Amazon Pharmacy is seemingly incapable of filling my prescriptions. They keep canceling and claiming my doctor canceled which was totally untrue. I also have two meds that are very similar and that just blew their minds. If they refilled one, they would then cancel the other. After about four calls to customer service and several repeat refill requests from my provider I gave up and returned to my previous pharmacy.

Amazon Pharmacy is INCOMPETENT & LAZY at best! I have tried to get two prescriptions that are covered by insurance and both times Amazon Pharmacy told me it wasn’t covered by insurance. Called my insurance and my insurance told me that it is covered and asked that I have Amazon Pharmacy contact the help desk to my insurance company and it could be straightened out in a few minutes. Amazon Pharmacy customer agent said they would past info to Amazon Pharmacy billing department and give it 24 to 48 hours. That’s BS, but yet kindly I said okay, thinking it would be resolved! Not sure why something that can take only 5 minutes to get resolved by just taking effort to do something properly rather than brush a customer off with the old 24 to 48 hour ( translates into they really don’t care and aren’t going to do anything) is such a big ordeal! Amazon Pharmacy staff is either INCOMPETENT or just INCREDIBLY LAZY! Let’s go with both! F+ for Amazon Pharmacy! You need to do better or just give up at this point! 💯👎👎👎👎

I recently placed an order with Amazon Pharmacy because they promised same-day delivery on Monday. However, after placing the order, I received an email stating the updated delivery would be on Wednesday. I needed my medicine right away, so I called customer service to cancel the order. To my frustration, I was told that they do not accept cancellations for medicine orders. This is unacceptable, especially when it concerns people's health. Amazon's promise of same-day delivery was not honored, which forced me to go to CVS to place my order. Unfortunately, I couldn't use my insurance at CVS because Amazon had already processed it. Despite this, I preferred to pay the regular price because my health is more important than money. Amazon Pharmacy appears to prioritize profit over customer well-being. Please avoid ordering from them if you value your health and timely access to medication.

Pharmacy does not accept transfers from CVS, but they don't tell you until you've placed your request, waited for them to deny, and then they finally inform you the truth when you have to call. Beware, don't let them waste your time and health!

Amazon Pharmacy is horrible, worthless customer service and they never deliver things on time.
