AI was used to initially deny a refill for a medication I take to skip painful periods. Male pharmacist refused to fill it even though it's now I have always taken it with no problems because he decided I don't need it now. Lied and said my insurance rejected it but I pay cash no insurance then just defaulted to he can't override it. I've been a pharmacy tech. Yes he absolutely could. It's a no dangerous medication that many women take exactly as I do and there's no reason for a man working in a remote pharmacy to decide whether I can skip my periods or not.

I ordered a week ago. It was suppose to be here two days ago. It got delayed. Then the next day it is delayed again, third time, it is delayed again. I run out of meds in one more day. Will it actually get here or be delayed yet again? I should have read these other reviews about Amazon Pharmacy. It isn’t a reliable, on-time source.

Was 4 stars until this year. Now it's 1 star because they are tracking my non controlled medication to gatekeep me getting my meds. My provider had me take a few weeks extra of a higher dosage temporarily, then she refilled the medication early. Since it's about $2 for a 90 day script, I pay cash. Amazon made me take 30 minutes out of my day to explain where 17 pills of amitriptyline had gone which cost maybe 30 cents and have no street value. They said my provider had to notify them of any changes to their dosage. I work in healthcare. This is not true and many providers use early refills of cash paid medication like this because the administrative burden of calling a pharmacy, waiting 10 minutes in hold, to tell them about several pills of medication is unsustainable across a patient panel. The person who pays the cost is the patient and provider. Shame on you Amazon.

YET ANOTHER royal screwup: (1) the medication never arrived (UPS "couldn't get into the building" -- even though they're here EVERY DAY) (2) i was charged for RESHIPPING and NEVER REFUNDED for the original order which (2 weeks later) is still marked "delivery delayed" --- it is SIMPLY STAGGERING -- then the girl LIED and said "we don't charge for reshipping" even though the computer clearly said "as soon as the item is shipped, you will be charged."

Im sure they're are aware of why they are receiving 1 star. 3 days trying to find where my prescription is that was sent 3 days ago with acknowledgement or response left in dashboard. The Pharmacy and/or techs apparently dont know what's going on. 3days 3 different stories onveyed to customer service reps from the pharmacy , techs and pharmacists.

This is for all the patients complaining in the Subaru section here I hope you never come back you guys call the customer service useless but I used to work in customer service and we're bounded by the company's policies there's nothing we can do you want to wine and cry about it go to your local pharmacy we don't want to deal with you we're tired of you go away you old people are so entitled with everything it's getting quite sickening even dealing with you on a daily basis I think everyone needs to bow to the whim cuz you think the customers always right well guess what not right you guys are mostly wrong half the time and since you think you know how much our company works clock in then

Horrible online pharmacy. Their customer service is abysmal to non-existent. The often don't send medications I need for no reason. I contact them online and am told "out of stock", etc. No one ever contacts me about alternatives or even substitutions of over-the-counter meds. They just leave me hanging. The web site is horribly design as well.

Amazon Pharmacy is incredibly bad . How they are in business is mind bottling. It’s staff does not know the meaning of integrity ! and their drivers are ignorant !! I would recommend them to my worst enemy !!
