Terrible customer service, they hardly have anything other than anti-depressants or antibiotics, awful UI, everything about this side of Amazon’s business absolutely blows. Actually, that might be the only thing it’s good at, absolutely blowing and setting a new low point in the industry. And of course… it’s the only mailing pharmacy that BCBS FL offers. Was on CVS Caremark for years in CA, it made life infinitely easier. Great working service. Amazon Pharmacy will DEFEAT YOU!

Wrong prescription 15 days later ! HORRIBLE

After contacting them with a product safety/property damage concern, they gave me a huge run around and as usual just kept disconnecting me on purpose. When I finally called and got a supposed manager, that person told me he was filing an A to Z claim for me for the product I purchased having damaged my property. I was told that within 7 days I'd get an email asking me to send photos to prove the damage. Yet that never came. Eventually I got a duplicate email telling me to start the entire thing all over again, but *shocker*, nothing in that email's instructions worked. It made it literally impossible for me to do anything they said I needed to do (yet again). I called more times and they kept disconnecting me mid conversation. Finally I called a different manager/department and left a message with my claim # and telling them that I JUST NEED TO SEND THE PHOTO EVIDENCE. It's been over a week and still no response. I do not believe they ever intended to pay my claim. It was all just pulling my chain. It's amazing Amazon employees take so much time to mess with people -- almost as if its punishment for complaining, like they are trying to train you to not complain. Hmm... sound familiar?

I don't like Amazon Doctors/Pharmacy! The meds offered all had EXTREME side effects and i m not willing to take that chance! Ill just go to Urgent Care.

This is one of those situations where you wish there were zero stars. Absolutely did not use Amazon pharmacy! I had multiple problems. I inquired on the price of a medication. The price from Amazon pharmacy was three times higher than at my regular pharmacy so I never put it in my cart or purchased it. When I went to pick it up from my regular pharmacy, I was told that I couldn't have a refill until 30 days later because Amazon pharmacy claimed I had filled it. This is crazy and should be illegal, It can be an inconvenience or it can harm people who need their prescriptions and are blocked by Amazon. A few times I have looked at their "estimates" , and then confirm the pricing, the estimates are completely nonsensical. The actual costs are 10 times or more higher than the estimates provided. On another occasion I inquired about a price and it took somewhere between 3 to 5 days to even get a price, which ended up being the exact same price that I can get at my regular pharmacy. I think they rolled this out before it was properly tested and it's got a lot of flaws. Stick with your pharmacy, Goodrx, or Mark Cuban's CostPlusDrugs. Please stay away from Amazon pharmacy.

For some sort of Amazon glitch I could not transfer my prescriptions in, so my Dr kindly re-wrote the 8 prescriptions. Then I needed a vacation override for 2 of the prescriptions. I could only communicate via chat and this was a very slow process. They took a long time between the communication to respond to me making the process very slow and tedious. The next day I texted (chat) to find out if the overrides were approved and they said no the insurance declined the overrides but I could pay in cash I then called my insurance to see what the deal was and they stated they had never received the request. So on a 3 way actual phone call with my insurance, Amazon and myself on the line the insurance approved the overrides but Amazon stated there still was an issue and could not dispense. They were unable to clarify what the issue was. At that point, I requested Amazon close my account with them and I let them know I eould seek service elsewhere. I have returned to my neighborhood pharmacy and got the prescriptions without issue. Unfortunately, I travel a lot so a mail order pharmacy would be helpful BUT this pharmacy will definitely not be Amazon. Berwick

I tried to transfer a prescription to Amazon pharmacy, and my pharmacy did send it but Amazon failed to receive it. Because of that my prescriptions are nowhere and I needed to have them re-prescribed. Customer service couldn't do anything about it. Would not recommend.

Amazon is the worst. Their prices can be beat by Costco which is run by people that actually care about people. I had 8 prescriptions that I moved and feel so much better spending those thousands elsewhere.
