Unfortunately Amazon has a shipping policy that the system can randomly decide based on weather whether to ship, even if it is an established shipping address that has refrigerated package storage. What made this experience especially bad was that there was no notification that may automatic refill was shipping constrained and only when I checked on the shipment tracking did I discover that it had never shipped. Do NOT count on Amazon for any life dependent medications! There are ZERO workarounds for their customer service they simply offer to transfer it to a local pharmacy that may or may not be available to you in the first place if you live in a rural area such as myself. Very poor form by Amazon not being upfront that your shipments may be randomly delayed at any point if the system decides it doesn’t want to ship there today.

Horrible customer service, I am on chats and on the phone for nearly two hours and still did not get a chance to talk to a pharmacist that could explain to me why they ignored the new prescription for my autistic kid with ADHD and sent the wrong meds and now they don´t let me order the correct one - bc - I just got the medication last week (the wrong one...). All I want is to be able to order the the correct prescription, but instead I am caught up in their ridiculous customer "care"... so frustrating!

I’m forced to rate them negatively as they sold the drug with a few days ship time in way that appeared to be deceptive but, when push came to shove, the actual delivery date was 1 week later. This isn’t acceptable for most medications when the alternative is a local CVS. Be very careful unless whatever medicine you need isn’t time sensitive, which isn’t any medicine I know about.

Just a heads up for people who may ever want to consider using PillPack/Amazon Pharmacy (they are owned and both run by Amazon and all by the same people) - but they have absolutely no quality assurance for their pharmacies outside of using AI. I repeat, there are NO HUMANS actively following suit and monitoring quality for those pharmacies. Do NOT use them.

They can't handle a discount code plus insurance; constantly breaks their system. Ridiculous to have to do years of this with inept customer service.

Completely trash. There is usually no communication from their end when something goes wrong. It's also impossible to see the status of prescriptions on the dashboard unless everything is running smoothly. They'll send you links to expired prescriptions telling you to order from that link, then cancel your order because it's the wrong link. Then why did you send it and tell me it was the new link? They'll tell you theyve shipped something and that you're receiving it todau when they've actually cancelled it and nothing has shipped. They'll tell you something is cancelled then you ask customer service and they say no nothing is wrong, but yes it's actually been cancelled. They switch from name brand to generic even when your doctor specified name brand. If youve never been gaslit and you want to know what it's like then you should absolutely use this service.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. They make everything difficult and have terrible customer service. I received a free CGM that I was going to compare with another, this is simply a medical device. So, my doctor gave me a prescription, they automatically removed refills from my other CGM prescription, yet would not let me fill the new CGM (which I was getting to compare with my current cgm at the same time to see which was more effective in detecting my glucose). They made the whole process complicated, and everything has been since I first switch. It was supposed to be easy, but nothing is easy with Amazon Pharmacy.

Not a pharmacy I would recommend to anyon. I think Amazon should stay away from this in it entirety. I when on their live chat to enquire about a specific brand product which they assured me they have in stock, they were quick to request my prescription from CVS but that's where the service end. From June 25, 2026 and to date I can't get the medication they kept extending the shipping date then canceled the order...
