Once again Amazon screwed up my prescription. They didn't follow the physician's orders. On the initial, they didn't send what the physician prescribed, held a week's worth back, the physician sent a new prescription, they sent ten days' worth, charged me the full co - pay, and billed my insurance for three months' worth, then told me I'd have to pay out of my pocket to get the physician's full order. They refuse to follow the law to disclose the dispensing pharmacist's name, license number and the state in which he/she is licensed so I can file a complaint against their license. I'll file a complaint with Medicare, which is useless.

Really thought this was a good idea. I WAS WRONG!!! After being sick for a week with sinus infection I get this notice in my email about Amazon Pharmacy. I think awesome even say same day delivery. So, I got my doctors appt. and had my prescription called in before 12:00 PM! Get notified hours later that it will delivered the next day! (assholes) Now it is the next day, said it would be delivered between 2 and 3pm. Still not here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(why wasn't i the very first god damn delivery it was for antibiotics).

Amazon now has a pharmacy?!? Great! Love Amazon for everything else, this new pharmacy must be great as well. Nope. I registered, had my Dr enter in all the pharmacy info. Got the confirmation email. Waited and waited. First it was verifying for 48 hours. Then it was just gone from the account. I started the online chat and they said that there was no prescription found. Finally came back and said that there was a problem but couldn't tell me what it was. I will continue to use somewhere like Walgreens or CVS. Nice thought from Amazon and terrible execution.

Upon receiving my Amazon Pharmacy order, I noticed there were two bottles short. I called immediately and answered by a mean and rude customer service. She asked me to wait one day to call back. The second day I call they promised to send the missing medication to me again. The third day, they called saying that they have video to prove that they shipped all my medication. Which is not true. To me, they are accusing me that I am lying. Amazon Pharmacy you have successful losing a customer.

I transferred my blood pressure medication to Amazon Pharmacy because it was less expensive. I had 4 days left on my script when I transferred it. It was supposed to arrive the next day. It never arrived and said it was "delayed". 2 days later it said it was out for delivery and should arrive by 10PM. Again, it never showed up, and their website said "delayed" again. Now, I'm out of my blood pressure medications. I canceled the script with them and transferred it back to my previous pharmacy. Won't use Amazon Pharmacy again. Saving people money isn't worth it when they're putting their customers/patient's health at risk.

The day I got my first prescription delivered, I received a text stating they could no longer fill the medication. The prescription was also invalidated by them so that I was unable to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy even though there were still existing refills on the prescription.

Amazon pharmacy is sending a gel instead of cream. Price difference is $200. There was a 30 min window before it changed from placed order to shipped and never provided the option to cancel. Also customer service doesnt open to 8am according to their website, but apparently I could have contacted them through the help portal and by phone at 3am to cancel. Yet i have documentation to show i requested via message to cancel at 2:39am as soon as i got the email. Misinformation, rude, and refuses to make the change. Never again

Amazon pharmacy wasted my whole day. They advertise on the site 30day supply of Auvelity (the 30 day prescription is 60 pills a day, standard dosage) for $601. We have issues all day, talk to 3 people, chat wouldn't answer questions of pricing without the prescription. So, they for uninsured pricing were more expensive than CVS. I even sent a screenshot showing my page says 30 day supply, nothing about the number of pills. Such a waste of time. I'll never try them again.
