Horrible Service
Horrible service. The best is they don't even care. Every order was held up by the pharmacist and received my meds late. After less than a year I left and went back to local. Horrible

My actual rating is 0 stars. My doctor sent a prescription for a 90-day supply, which I ordered online. I received a 30-day supply and was charged for the 90-day supply. Amazon blamed my doctor then my insurance company and, finally, me. I spoke to a "manager" who was cold and uncaring and said there was nothing Amazon could do. I feel cheated and my doctor agrees with me.

3 months in a row problems. Last month it took 6 phone calls to get them to process a prescription. They have the prior auth. Insurance covers the med. But for some reason every time the fill date comes around, they are delaying saying my insurance requires clinical review. It does not. Insurance and doctor have signed off. Every month they contact my doctor again. I'm transferring the prescription elsewhere. I can't do this every month and the doctor shouldn't have to send them the same info every month either.

I decided to transfer my prescription back to a local pharmacy after experiencing two failures with Amazon Pharmacy’s delivery service. I received an email informing me that my prescription was damaged during shipping and was being returned to Amazon. While they did refund my money, they were unable to reinstate the damaged refill, ultimately leaving me one refill short. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I now have to contact my doctor and explain the situation. It's clear that a reliable pharmacy experience is essential, and I won’t be relying on Amazon for my prescriptions any longer.

Extremely poor experience. The price was higher than Walmart and Costco. I told the Amazon pharmacy rep about the 3x copay price, his attitude was “well we are not Walmart”. Dude I am purchasing a medication not a designer Handbag!! I think working at Amazon got to his head. But anyway, talking about the service. It is a scam! How can the co-pay be so high when you have blue cross insurance! It is so much higher compared to what you pay at Walmart pharmacy or Costco. I am transferring this prescription out of Amazon pharmacy to Walmart or CVS. You suck!!

THEE single worst experience I have ever had dealing with Amazon or, for that matter, any pharmacy at all in my 58 years. I have been an Amazon Prime member for 20 years-I hope noone ever has to have “Vini” help them with their medication.

wasted my time, and my physicians time after she resubmitted a prescription exactly as told to by a so called "amazon pharmacist". It seems like they are trying a bait and switch to have you buy a more costly prescription. I will never, ever, give amazon pharmacy another opportunity for my business as I will continue to use healthwarehouse for my online pharmacy purchases as I have the past 5 years. Who is "managing" amazon pharmacy?

Regarding Amazon Pharmacy: Absolutely horrible. They baited and switched me on pricing for a fairly inexpensive med (that I get from local pharmacy for $20 WITHOUT using insurance). Amazon claimed "avg $8 cost" but ended up trying to charge me $30 with my (good) RX insurance. THIS IS NOT ABOUT A CONSUMER BEING SURPRISED BY SO SO RX INSURANCE. THIS IS ABPUT HOW THIS ARROGANT FIRM HAS TO BE RIGHT ON EVERYTHING. NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY. Then they would not provide me with the digital RX sent to them by my doctor without making a lot of work for me and for my next pharmacy. In talking with supervisor when I demanded my digital prescription (so I could get the med elsewhere), all he did was lecture me on and on about how to use Amazon Pharmacy. Incorrigible. I never have these problems with Mark Cuban's Cost Plus Pharmacy.
