Pill pack.Has been filling my prescriptions in the daily dosage packets. Now that they’ve now become pill pack / Amazon pharmacy I’m told that it’s not possible to fill my prescription in the daily pill packet. During the move from Amazon pill pack to Amazon pharmacy pill pack.They got my dosage wrong, monthly pill pack count wrong, and no longer are all my pills in the convenience daily packets.

I ordered from Amazon Pharmacy, but my order never arrived. When I contacted customer service, instead of helping or taking responsibility, they simply refused to give me a refund. This is incredibly unfair — I paid for something I never received. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to refund a missing order shows a complete lack of accountability. I expected much better from a company of this size, and I won’t be ordering from them again

I was using PillPack for my elder mom. They had the greatest customer service and weee always so helpful. Less than 24 hours of having to switch to Amazon Pharmacy and I’m so frustrated and angry. 1 prescription that was packaged for my mom now has to be ordered separately and in a bottle, not a package with what day and time to take it. They didn’t transfer over her provider name and contact and now we’ve gone from a convenient back draft to credit card only. I see AP has a 1.3 rating in reviews. I’m not confident this will be a good experience. And customer service stinks!

I tried Amazon Pharmacy. I won't be back. I thought I added a phone number when I set up my account. They say I didn't. I spent literally over an hour on the phone with them trying to add my phone number. Customer representative said it was added. I tried calling the pharmacy again to reset my pin. (You CANNOT reset your pin unless they see a phone #). This Customer representative said my phone number wasn't there. Spent 25 minutes this time. Finally, I gave up. Asked them to transfer my prescriptions out. She says they won't do that. CVS has to call. Hades will freeze over before CVS will call any place for an Rx. She argued with me that they will. I already know they won't, or at least my location won't. I finally told her to delete the account because at this point the account is useless. I asked to file a complaint about how user UNfriendly their system is. Representative told me she would bring it up at their next board meeting. Yep, sure. I won't be holding my breath. My advice? SKIP Amazon pharmacy and go local.

I only need one prescription , it's called Eliquis, which is an extremely overpriced blood thinner, I went to Amazon Pharmacy to see if they had it, what they showed was a picture of the pill, and a 30 day supply for $13. so I signed up, they confirmed my prescription then sent me a confirmation to order, when I started the process and put it into my cart, the price showed up as $588. for one month supply?? why did they show me a price of $13. was that for just one pill?? you don't buy drugs one pill at a time, that's ridicules , false advertising, to say the least, in my opinion, I'm already buying Eliquis from Canadian Pharmacy for $80. per month, I thought I could do better through Amazon, NOT! A huge thumbs down on Amazon Pharmacy.

Like everything Amazon touches, this business model is about creating profits through the elimination of labor costs. Its pharmacy business replaces people with automated tech garbage and tricks customers into doing the data entry and phone work for free. I tried to shift my meds from Safeway to Amazon Home Delivery two weeks ago. Filled out online forms for nine meds. Didn't succeed with a single one. Got a bunch of emails telling me none of the transfers went through. They directed me to contact each prescribing doctor and have them request the transfers from Amazon. This is Amazon's way of shifting pharma labor onto unpaid customers. Once again, I complied. How many meds went through? Zero. Meanwhile, I'm running out of meds. So I called Amazon and got a clueless young person who asked me to confirm a text code to prove my identity. She then put me on hold for five minutes while she attempted to connect me with a real person who actually knew something. At that point, I spit the bit on working for Amazon for free, hung up and wrote this review. Posting it required more time wasting ID verification garbage from Trustpilot. I'm weary of this unending ID verification crap - it feels like they're asking for new codes every 30 seconds now - and sick of working for Big Tech Royals for free. Eff Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and Silicon Valley. These Failed Americans make a convincing case for the return of regicide.
