Absolute dogshit scam of a site. They list dermatological ointments as “180 day supply” or “30 day supply” but not grams. Which means my usual 45g, 30 day supply of a retinold for $45 from apotheco pharmacy was now a “180 day supply from Amazon for $95.” By my math that would have been nearly $16 for 30 days! Nope. They charged me $97 for a 45g tube and refuse to take a return. Overcharged. Scammed. Customer service took their sweet time (about 1 message for every ten minutes) just to tell me I was out of luck and it’s not their fault nor would they accept a refund or return. Then they transferred me to a chat where there was a 60 minute wait. Really strange because I had already been transferred twice by that point and each transfer only took 1 minute.

I was told the pharmacy would fix my issue and now that time has lapsed to speak to a doctor I’m told they can’t only after me contacting them cause they never contacted me at all wouldn’t do any good cause no one knows who my doctor is not even me

The worst type of pharmacy. Ordered different medicines for my parents and was told that I can order only one medicine at a time when I'm spending ample amount of money on the same. And they don't pick up calls The worst type of service I have seen. Would rather buy medicines from the medical store.

They lost my meds in transit and I could not refill. Instead of identifying they lost the package early I received messages every day that it would be delivered and then another delayed email later. Zero help from customer service. They should not be allowed to run a service like this. DO NOT USE if you have medications you absolutely cannot miss doses of.

Quoted lowball cost $9.00 per 100. Actual cost was $120.00 for 300, $10.00 more than our local pharmacy. As of now precipitation is at least 1 day late. Will not buy here again.

The transfer process to Pillpack is a nightmare. Takes many months to get everything aligned Also, they will do a switch to their own pricing when they claim they cannot get the price from your pharmacy insurer. The prices are OK but they don’t count to your deductible. Costs me significant amounts of money. Amazon will not provide resolution to this “overcharge”

My pharmacy delivery was delivered at 737 pm,the problem was it was delivered to wrong address.Delivered next door,only way I found my meds was with photo of my neighbor front door.Perishable med,was left near dark door no house address.My house has a large number for my address.This was bad.

The worst experience I have ever had with customer service. They are very rude from the beginning when ask a simple concern. All I ask was why was my prescription sent to a different city. They wanted me to pay out of pocket for a new prescription. The whole point of this pharmacy is convenience. There are many better pharmacies online, please don’t make the same mistake I did by using Amazon Pharmacy.
