My order was delayed badly
My order was delayed badly, but the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel. Didn’t get refund, even after getting medicine from 1mg which delivered on time. TOTAL FRAUD

Cannot find out whether insurance is accepted I asked an online rep whether my insurance would be accepted for prescriptions. Apparently I have to transfer my prescriptions to Amazon and only then will they check whether they accept insurance. Useless

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They refuse to fill my prescription for anti nausea medication saying that the doctor did not include my correct address. They asked me to verify it, which I did and they still would not fill my prescription. DO NOT use them if you need medication.

I don't like the idea that you practically have to order your own. Medication You have to call for a refills to your doctor. And another thing, when I was getting my medication from pillpack never had an issue with them My medication was never canceled because of my card didn't go through I asked them if they would just get the payment on the 3rd of every month They said no IM REALLY 🤔 ABOUT CHANGING PHARMACIES

Absolutely awful experience. There are very strict protocols for refills, with many medications having no options for 90-day fills. (This is not an issue with insurance or dispensing limits, as other pharmacies will fulfill 90-day supplies for these medications with no issue.). For medications with prior authorizations, I've also had several issues with Amazon Pharmacy not recognizing it, and being unable to register it in their system.

Overpriced and promotions are a scam that will leave you in customer service hell. Spent the last hour trying to get a $25 giftcard I fairly earned. Got the giftcode and it was defective. And I hate how they make me go on the phone with them for their mistake.

They lost my prescription and tried to blame it on Accredo and my doctor. Also, my copay through Accredo with Amazon insurance was $0 for the past three years, but now it is $25 through Amazon Pharmacy with Amazon Premium Insurance. It seems like Amazon is trying to profit from its employees and justify its unprofitable Amazon Pharmacy branch.

Amazon pharmacy is terrible. I placed a refill order on February 2, as of today, February 17, I STILL haven’t received it. The last email I received said it should be delivered February 11, which has come and gone and I haven’t received an update since. Evidently they don’t know how important peoples medication is…I will NOT recommend them!
