I would give no stars, if possible ! Pg&e is the most corrupt, money hungry monopoly, with zero accountability for any wrongful action ! Calling in, to get things settled does nothing, you wait over an hour to speak to an agent, you’re assure by phone that your service will stop on a specified date and they continue to charge you ! Rot in hell, Pg&e

These people are horrific. I had requested that they update my address when I was in the process of moving, which, I later found out they never did, and then sent the final bill/statement to my old address and then attempted to send it to collections when I never even got a chance to pay it. What they're doing is both unethical and should be illegal. Please do not move to an area run by PGE.

So sick of PG&E power outages, it's like the company cares less about their customers. The service is way too expensive and they completely cheat solar customers. It's an illegal monopoly! If we had a Governor it would be better.

When a 90 year old woman who does NOT DO COMPUTERS AT ALL wants to put her bill on autopay and is told there is ONLY one way and that is to do it online? I HAVE A HUGE PROBELM WITH THAT. I am her caregiver and she does NOT HAVE A COMPUTER and was told that she CANNOT DO THIS EVEN OVER THE PHONE????????????????????? WTAF

PGE is the most corrupt organization/corporation .in this country.They don’t value the lives of those they are responsible of killing.They dug up my sidewalk and driveway 3 times.They hire incompetent people. They could not even fix a gas leak correctly. I filed a claim for lost wages because they dug up my driveway in the middle of the night. Kept us up all night. They refused to compensate my self employment wages. I was a wreck. They destroyed my driveway and did not restore it properly . They should be out of business. The claims department is rude and lie to you. The worst ever.

Terrible company. During a storm, a large piece of their equipment fell and damaged my property. I told them this and they came a day later to fix the damage. there was a oil spill all over my property. they say its not their fault but i warned them earlier that their equipment was malfuncitoning

This is the third day in a row we have lost power. I have a very important VA service connection teleconference today I won’t be able to connect to because of PG&E. Now I have to wait eight to twelve months to reschedule. This is completely unacceptable and PG&E’s incompetence and failure to repair in a timely manner should be criminal.

We've had the power out for more than 5 hrs. The crew that was sent out was rude and disrespectful to us and the other residences affected. He left without doing the work leaving the job for another crew to take care of. The truck that came out on July 15, at 11p has the license plate of CA # 44531Y3. One family has a man on oxygen and the two men had rude comments and said they can't help the situation and the family should hope for the best. What kind of staff does PGE hire?! Rude and crude heartless individuals. They left us to suffer in over 105 degree heat.
