Called to get final bill and then paid it. Moved to new house also on PGE gave the address when i canceled service to start new service. Then it turns out that i owed more money. and instead of calling or email or writing me PGE sent straight to collections. 50 years i've been with PGE not late one time, and they wreck my credit. took it from a perfect 850 to 780. I hope PGE's ceo houses burns down

PG&E overcharge you & terrible contract … • PG&E switch my gas service to another nature gas company, and charged me 5 times (5x) of normal charge, on my Feb, 25 bill. • I trust PG&E, but they are not trustworthy. PG&E use 3rd party gas, & 4th party verification on phone talk (no signature) as contract. Can phone talk be legal contract? I don’t think so. I like to sue them. • The 3rd party has a bad phone connection, and lots of unhappy customers. That will ruin PG&E’s reputation. Can not believe PG&E allow this parasite to exist. • This 3rd company voice contract with me for three months. When I cancelled, this 3rd gas company want to keep sucking my blood for another 60 days (on email)! David L, 408-627-2334

They raise the prices whenever suit them to failed upkeep of powerlines. Yet, they want us go solar power. They expect everyone to leave their gate open and dogs kept inside not knowing when they show up. Also miss your doctor's appointments waiting on them to connect their "smart switch" and do their inspection making sure everything is working properly. They should be able to call and make a schedule so you can schedule the day you are available. They demand so much from you but yet they don't schedule an appointment with you. This is unprofessional and disrespectful toward my time. Just because they are the only electric power in this area.

I have 6 body replacements parts and severe medical needs but pge wants more verification yearly!!!! It isn't going to change, they are prejudice against ADA suffers. My status always revoked like I got well!! Hate them!!!!

What a crappy service the guys they send out are just regular guys who don't know nothing but own a PG&e truck he said the igniter switch is not getting a spark so he can't find out what the problem is because he can't get a spark I told him the last time the water heater wasn't working the guy who had a pg@e shirt on changed the igniter switch he said he doesn't do that to call a plumber garbage service you pay money for electric and gas but if you miss a payment they turn everything off so now I don't have hot water thanks pg@e for nothing I'll just call a plumber for all my gas and electric problems from now on SMH

I signed up for solar on Feb 7,2023 before the change went into affect but PGE claims I signed up after it went into affect and that they cant change it in their computer
