Outstanding Experience at Hilton Head store.
I recently went through what PGATSS calls an Express Fitting at the Hilton Head store. Don’t confuse “express” with “sloppy”or “quick and dirty”. My Fitter spent about two hours configuring heads and shafts, monitoring and reviewing with me my swing dynamics and club comparisons. We ordered woods from a major OEM. Upon learning the clubs would be delayed due to component backlogs at the OEM, store management and my Fitter discussed my options regarding price protection, cancellation, etc. When the clubs arrived and weren’t perfect for me, my Fitter, store management and repair technicians worked together for my satisfaction. I never felt like a bother and never heard anything like “sorry, but our policy is…”. In today’s environment of poor service, credit card transaction fees, and tip jars everywhere, my experience at PGATSS Hilton Head went well beyond expectations to sincere Customer Care.
