Store changed my grips but didn’t check the swing weight. When asked why they didn’t inform me, or any other customer, of the swing weight change, the manager stated that is not their job, their job is to sell product! He said telling the customer this information would lead to a 10 minute conversation and the customer might then not buy the product. It is up to the customer to ask for this…. I thought PGA Superstore was to help customers get better at golf and provide sound advice. I want a store that treats the customer right, not just sell them products. Won’t shop here anymore!!!

IF YOUR CORE COMPETENCY IS SELLING GOLF CLUBS HOW COME YOU ARE SO BAD AT IT? I was fitted for clubs and ordered something specific to me. I was told the lead time would be 2-3 weeks. I called 3X and was NOT able to get an update. I emailed the email address for special orders, NO RESPONSE. Today (5 weeks after order) I spoke with the store manager and learned that my order was unable to be filled. No one ever alerted me. They said the manufacturer sent me an email (THEY DID NOT). Many of the complaints here related to this issue. What is their internal process? Shouldn't the salesperson who made the sale be responsible for tracking and follow-up? Why was the manufacturer unable to fill the order on clubs I see advertised on their website and other places? If I didn't call were they just going to keep my money?

The driver fitting process was excellent at the Palm Beach Gardens store. Unfortunately that’s where the positive experience stopped due to Titleist now taking over a month to ship my special order driver. PGATSS has been responsive on the communication, but they claim they cannot call Titleist to check the status of my order….only e-mail. The wait continues and my frustration with the whole process increases by the day. Beware of special orders and misleading initial delivery estimates!

Ordered clubs on 1/20/2026. Very poor communication on delivery date. Had to contact them twice. Now the ship date from the manufacturer is March 13th. It did not stop them from charging my card. They got their money and I haven’t received my clubs.Customer service poor along with deceptive advertising. Kevin Wallace

So, I've placed an online order 10 days ago. PGA Superstore promises that you'll receive an e-mail when that order is ready for the designated in store pick-up. I just got off of the phone with their toll free customer service #. Nothing could of been further from the truth here. According to the agent, the order was delivered to the store (few days ago). I never got any kind of notification that it was delivered there. Who knows if it's available for pick-up? My credit card's been charged, in the meanwhile, upon placing that order. i.e. 20 pack of Wilson Championship Extra Duty Tennis Balls. Disappointing customer services. Guess I'll have to be the one to do more investigation.

I love the golf clothes here. They have a REALLY good selection. Their honesty and integrity leaves alot to be desired, though. There are things on the 65% rack--many of the same kind--and they acknowledge that yes, they're 65% off. But yet the price on the tag is not 65% off the beginning price. Instead of just fixing this, they tried to tell me the 65% is based on some unknown number that corporate calculates, that is not on the tag. What??? After numerous attempts to fix this, it still inexplicably was not rectified. I tried calling customer service, who referred me back to the store. I tried calling the corporate office, and they're more insulated than the IRS--you get a recording and it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a good number or a real person. Wondering how this company stays in business.

They took my order online and it sat in 'processing'. I tried emailing customer service and got NO REPLY. SHAME! Today, by phone, they did immediately begin processing my cancellation. (I went directly to Foot Joy and bought the product.) Advise: Avoid PGA TOUR Superstore Online.
