Fast service and great product

Golf Sim Depot was fantastic to work with. I leveraged the chat to talk through what I was looking for and got great feedback. This was followed up with a quote for my products that beat other prices I was able to get. Shipping was faster than expected. After my order I was told it may take 2.5 weeks for shipment of my ProTee VX, but it took less than a week. I was given my activation code right after purchase which allowed me to activate with ProTee before I even got my unit.

I put a golf hitting mat in my cart and then decided it was a bit too much, found it somewhere else for less. Then I received an email asking me to come back to my cart with a discount coupon. I went back but the discount coupon did not work. I contacted customer service and they said it only worked on some products. I responded it was odd that they sent me an email to come back with a discount coupon that didn't work. No apology, nothing, other than the owner Kyle Bullard sent me an email saying he doesn't want my business. Unbelievably horrible customer "service". I had not intention of giving him my business, but hilarious how the owner seemingly doesn't care about treating people nicely or making money. Kyle Bullard is a fool.

Done most all of my sim golf business here. Always outstanding service, quality, price and orders received as promised, and on time. 10/10 would recommend.

I am so pleased with them I got my new protee vx and benq projector very quick and when I was texting with them they answered almost immediately. I would definitely recommend them to everyone
