Beware of their takeout. It's more expensive and 2 times I tried it, there was substantially less food than dine-in. Ours was 2 orders and barely enough to feed 2. Eating inside you get enough for doggie bags.

The worst thing about expensive food is bad expensive food. PF Chang's food is expensive like a regular restaurant but the quality of their food is below any fast food restaurant. PF Chang's, you have really lost your mojo! Go back to your beginnings or you are destined to fold and disappear.

Friendly BUT...The food is American imitating Chinese. Had Kung pao chicken. Beautiful presentation but fried with few peanuts and the sauce was coying ie too thick and sweet. Had Ma Po tofu. Again, wonderful presentation and nice fresh broccoli but the tofu was fried and not the typical spicy sauce. All the food was an imitation of the real Chinese and flavor. An attempt to satisfy American tastes. No Chinese in the restaurant. A telling sign. Sorry

I ordered food for 7 people. None of 7 people had enough food in the takeout containers. I personally don't like their food just because most dishes are fried. Only ordered because guest kids wanted PF Changs. These are the people who don't each much normally. So, if it was not enough for us, food definitely was not enough. Its a shame that they charge more than a regular chines restaurant, most of others food taste batter and is cheaper, still others have batter quantity in the plates.

Food was ok but we had a rail vodka and diet coke and it was $8. Won't be going there again.

My husband and I have gotten delivery about 6 times from their Grand Central location in NYC and we will never order from them again. A couple of times they left out a fruit cup for our daughter's meal and agreed to give us a refund (instead of bringing the fruit cup which we wanted). The refund never appeared but it was such a small amount, we let it go. After a third time with no fruit cup, we stopped ordering it. Another time we called when the food hadn't arrived after an hour and they said there was nothing they can do since they use Doordash for deliveries. The most recent time, they left out the rice from our 2 entrees. I asked them to send it and the restaurant said that we have to contact the Doordash driver ourselves and arrange for him to come back to the restaurant (!) even though we didn't have his number. (Apparently once the Doordash driver picks up the food, they're no longer responsible for it.) When I asked for a partial refund, they said no, because rice is a "free" item, but if I want to come into the restaurant I can have all the rice I want (???).

This is the second time my wife and I went to P.F. Changs in Augusta, GA and couldn't have had worse service. It's like they forgot we were there...both occasions it took 20 minutes to get us a menu, ood came late, and both times they screwed up our order.

Worst $30 meal of my lifetime. So many negative aspects that will just say, will never be back.
