I was there today with a party of 12. Two meals including mine was very disappointing. My meal was Sweet and Sour Chicken. It came with no rice , just chicken and no vegetables which was cold. When I told the waitress , she said they would reheat it. I asked for rice that was missing also. She returned with just the chicken , no rice or vegetables. When asked about the rice and vegetables, she said the cook thought you ate them and she left. I did not eat it but paid the bill. I will not return .

I would leave zero stars if I could. I reserved a table for a very special occasion (Daughter sweet 16 Bday) at the Cumberland location in Atlanta GA. We arrived 15min prior to our reservation time. The restaurant was empty and lots of available tables. However we were seated 15 min later than our reserved time (6.00 pm) and we were told they were short of staff. Our server came in to take our drink order and everything we ordered from the menu was not available(no lemonade, no ginger ale, no sprite). She also took our meal order but few min later she came back to deliver more bad news, no more Pad Thai either. At that time, I was livid and decided to leave. I asked for a Manager. He came in and I explained to him that my daughter picked the place to celebrate her special bday with them and she was very disappointed for the lack of supplies. The Manager was extremely rude and answered me that it was not his fault if the truck did not come and deliver the food. What a poor customer service from Management!!!!!! It was the worst experience I ever had!

Cecilia was a great waitress, she took time to personalise the experience and we had a great experience because of her. My son had his birthday and she brought a beautiful desert with a sparkler. Probably the best Waitress we’ve ever had.

Ordered two chicken dishes that we thought was chicken and vegetables. What we received was breaded chicken with insanely sweet sauce. So we did not eat. They need to change their descriptions of their food so you know what you are ordering.

I ordered for delivery from the Bellevue PF Changs and it said 82 minutes, it was stone cold. If you advise 82 minutes for delivery, don't cook it until it will be picked up. Very disappointed!

Called on Oct 12 (hubby's birthday) to make reservations for Saturday Oct 16t. Arrived at 6:15 for 6:39 reservations and was told there wasn't one for us (8 people), we had to wait until 7:30 to be seated. Once we were seated; for a moment we thought we had been forgotten about. About 15 minutes later, the server Marcus came out introduced himself then brought us water, we then placed an order for appetizers and drinks, we were not sure what happened to either of these items it took about 15 min to get the drinks then an additional 20 minutes to get the appetizers. While he was there we placed our food orders. Another large group came in and was seated next to us, then we realized that they came after us and were already eating. Marcus then returned with my husband's main dish but not the side, so his meat was sitting there getting cold. We mentioned to our server about the guest at the next table, he said he would check on it, he came back and said our orders had been placed in the wrong que, by 9:15 we told him to cancel the entire order, we were starving and the children were getting restless. I can understand being short staffed but customers should not have pay for this. When I got home I called back and spoke to supposedly a manager and explained what had happened and told her that i would be writing a letter, she asked me what could she do to keep me from writing a letter, I told her that she could keep the bone she tried to throw me because i was going to write a letter. With the way businesses are today, you need customers more than customers need you. There are to many other places to eat other than P.F. Chang's, we're done.
