I was sitting at the bar just trying to get a drink. A girl by her self. Waiting for husband and daughter to walk around Grandscape! Bartender never came to me to say hi or ask what I wanted to drink. I asked the bartender in the back for a drink menu and still the bartender never came around. I waited over 20min with no help. I'm thinking if bar is so crowded that you need to get to 2 bartender to help out maybe you should pay 2 bartender. I went to a different bar and was greeted and help right away! (Sorry for bad English)

I dined in the PF Changs in West Chester, Ohio, near Cincinnati. The experience was not good. My wife called for reservation for 5:15 and was told they booked all the way until 7:30PM. They fit us in at 4:15PM. We got there and there was not more then 8 parties in the main dining room. The service was very slow and out server seemed uninterested in us. She would disappear for 15+ minutes at a time. Food was average and service marginal at best. The unit like it had died but no one told them. Well not go back. Hope they survive. This is not really a review,,,you people give us a receipt and when when we go online to get our points, we give you all the details thats on our receipt, and you keep asking for a 23 digit number thats suppose to be on the receipt,,,does not exist,,,,I am pretty much done with Changs,,,,too much trouble!!! you know they are a lot of good Chinese restaurants nearby????????

Terrible... David the manager is a very bad manager. My son went to get a job there and after an hour of talking and filling out paperwork, David decided since my son considered Applebees for employment that he no longer was welcome to work for PF Changs, he dismissed him for that reason. our entire family will no longer be a customer at that location.

Always great food every time I dine in or get dinner to go. Lettuce wraps and dynamite shrimp are my favorite. Will continue to go back for great food and service!!!!!

Bartender was nice but drinks sucked, they were out of moscato. but wait, we almost didn’t get in after making a reservation (it’s Father’s Day today). The hostess advised the kitchen “crashed” two hours ago but we could possibly get seated at the bar. Once again we hear there is no Sushi .. we were in Brandon, FL 3 weeks ago and that location had no sushi. I ordered the sesame chicken and the broccoli was undercooked. My husband ordered the salmon and his dish was fine. They forgot to bring our pork egg rolls for our appetizer. Just done. We could of stayed home and ordered Chinese and I have moscato at the house.

My 8 friends and I came for a dinner today hoping to have a nice time.The restaurant looked impressive.As we were about to order and requested NO OYSTER sauce in our dishes we were informed that a chef will not be able to prepare any of our dishes.Why?We had to order from a gluten-free menu that only had 4 choices for an entree.The meal was awful. I will never go back. I had never paid more for such a bad meal. I regret for not leaving instead of ordering awful tasting meal.

I went to have lunch with my daughter today at the waterfront. our table was sticky and I. had to clean it . the divider between booths was covered in finger prints and didn't look good. the place was empty and the service was less than adequate. I asked for spicy and my dish had no spice. the highlight was leaving. it's been a long time since I was there and now I remember why. Think twice about going there.
