The backpack was delivered weeks after it was ordered. It smelled and still smells toxic. Chemicals used in making this backpack caused me to have a very stressful respiratory reaction. I wouldn't allow my dogs to even go in the backpack for their health and safety. Horrible product, do NOT buy!

Not even worth one star. TOTAL SCAM. Ordered vest fall of 2020 and never received product. Was constantly assured was in its way. Then got to the must be lost in mail stage. Then the unfortunately that product is no longer available. Asked for a refund and was told no problem. Currently March of 2021 and no refund either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

This company is a scam. No one ever answers the phone and they always say your order is lost in the mail ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH petyfy

Ordered a dog backpack in November. No product delivered. Phone number inactive. Email worked and I received a reply offering me refund or product in February 2021. 3 weeks later, no refund and still not product. Email also changed. Marj is on support team but clearly there is not support and feel this is a scam. Sad to see this and how people can continue to scam.

I agree with everyone that posted. Ordered a jacket and got it no problem, reordered another and never received the purchase. I am disputing the charge since there is no way of getting in touch with the company now that their website is down. Avoid all products offered on Facebook....most are a scam.

Worst company EVER!!! Never order from them it is a scam I spent a lot of money and I can't get a refund and I never received over $100 worth of items. The phone number doesn't work and NO response on email. Worst experience EVER!!

I ordered a backpack Jan 5th and after contacting them several times, they said they would refund Feb 28 but it is now March 10th and I have no product nor my refund! I checked the website and it’s not even active anymore, BEWARE they are scammers!
