Ordered two jackets on 1/8/21. The tracking number says it's "in transit" still as of today, 2/5/21. I tried to email twice - no reply. I tried to call and the recording states they don't have any operators to take calls due to Covid to send an email or use Chat. I tried Chat feature and again they don't have anyone to respond! Seriously a SCAM!! Do NOT purchase anything from Petyfy!!

I order and I never received anything. You try to call and nobody answer the phone. You email them and never respond. Don’t buy anything from them . Terrible company and scam.

I too, should have read the reviews. I had the same experience as many of the others. I was excited to receive my product and after a month and a 1/2 and no response to my emails, I have nothing. Kudo's to Paypal, thank goodness I used them! They were quick and efficient when it came to my dispute.

Basically everything that the rest of the reviews list happened to us. Placed an order at the end of December 2020 and received a confirmation email with No Order ID. Come February, I receive a "how did you like your product" email but I still had not received the order. I contacted them by email (No phone CS) and they replied ~18 hours later saying that the items were "probably lost in the mail" and they don't have them in stock to replace. I went straight to paypal and lodged a complaint and they promptly issued me a refund. This company is a joke and you should NOT do business with them.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Terrible customer service, I can’t get a size exchange for the jacket I ordered, or a human on the phone to even talk with.

Ordered jacket in November, size was wrong took a month to reply said they sent another one on 12/29/2020 and today is 02/03/2021 and still don’t have it and they won’t respond!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Ordered on 12/31/20 and they had no problem taking my money and then never sent the product. I have E-mailed 3x and I get no replies. Save your money and go to a local petstore. I believe this is a scam company!!!

I ordered a dog coat on 12/25/20. I followed their size chart, and the one that arrived on 1/13/21 was for a very small dog- not a standard poodle as I was expecting. I follwed their return instructions and filled out a form- got a form letter response on 1/14. On 1/23/21, I got a form letter response saying I could get a replacement or a full refund. I asked immediately for a full refund. They have not responded- I have now sent 3 more emails to their office asking for an update, and they never respond. This company keeps sending sales emails, but does not hae the courtesy to straighten out their mistakes. Noo professionalism. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
