excellent customer service, personal attention to issues... this sub is my favorite, right now...after overloading and burning out on the "beauty box" subs...i wanted a more useful surprise in the mailbox...thrilled to find this inexpensive and adorable cat pack! i have too many kitties--don't judge me--so, i get 2 pettreater bags a month...and so far, i've been very pleased with our goodies! tammy haley

I tried Pet Treater on a whim, thinking I would probably only do a month or two, but I’ve now had it for several months and we love it! My cats have loved the treats and toys! In fact, they tried to open the package as soon as my son brought it in from the mail box this month!

Pet Treater day is Milos favorite day of the month! He goes nuts when he sees his box and starts crying with excitement. It is seriously the cutest thing ever! We all look forward to his box coming!

I love the look on my dogs face when his bag of goodies arrive from Pet Treater. He's like a 5 year old on Christmas morning, jumping around waiting impatiently while I open the bag for him 😂. What's really cute is Max will sit by the front door with his new toy and wait til my husband comes home from work so that he can show my husband the new toy. This is the ritual every month, it's so adorable ♥️♥️.

I would definitely recommend pet treater. We are going on a year now of services and every month our little Z looks forward to his delivery of goodies. It's amazing that he knows that it is especially for him and he has loved every item of goodies he has received. We have yet to have a treat that he did not like LOL. I have recommended pet treater to my fellow co-workers who love their pets like they love their children and they all love their subscription. I find that the most valuable thing to this subscription is your monthly cost is minimal compared to going out and trying to buy these items individually. I've been getting Pet Treater for several months now, and it's been fantastic--the box always arrives in a timely fashion, and it's always full of toys, treats, and other goodies that my dog and I love. There've actually been several toys that I would've NEVER bought for my dog that came in the box, and he LOVES them, so that's cool. Also, I had to change the shipping address for the summer, due to travel, and then change it back when we got back home--no issues at all. We never missed a delivery. I'd add that I love that I get an email alerting me to the box having been shipped, so that I know roughly when to expect its arrival. Overall, a really good value, and my dog LOVES the boxes. He knows that they're his the moment that he sees them each month.
