We absolutely love the Pet Treater box! It comes loaded each month with a lot of great supplies. Our dog loves all the toys in the box and the treats are all-natural! I am always pleasantly surprised with how much stuff we get in the box each month! We get so excited each month the box arrives to see what is in it each time. Looking forward to the next box!

This was Aspen’s first time ever receiving goodies in the mail. He knew it was for him before I even did. He kept rubbing all over the bag and when I walked over to see what it was, it was his Pet Treater bag! I was pleased with the cost of the bag, given the items that we received! It had a variety of snacks and play toys. He loved everything!

When I first started Pet Treater the first couple times I was ver dissatisfied. I even had to email you pictures of the conditions the items came as ( you did replace the food products, but not the toys). The last couple of months I have been alot happier, especially the current one. Sundae and I loved it. Is there any way she can get them with no food treats..she wont eat them??

Very disappointed. I received 2 toys - one incredibly boring and one flimsy. My dog broke the squeaker and tore up the flimsy toy within less than 3 minutes. She’s not even a particularly a destructive dog. I got a few really small treats, basically super small sample size things I get free at my local dog shop every time I come. I got nose balm and a bottle of deodorizer - both of which I didn’t want nor neeed. I contacted support and showed them the photo of the broken toy to ask for a refund and they could only offer a replacement toy - which I’m not gonna get for my dog to rip up once again. Disappointed in the service and not even offering to give me a partial refund. Cancelled and disappointed.

Benji loved the toys and treats. This is his first box from Pet treater. I like the variety you get. I also like how you can purchase the bigger bag of treats that he really enjoyed. I like the customer service. (I forgot to add information about my pets when I signed up and they responded quickly). I've ordered from another company before and so far I like Pet treater.

My cat and I have been customers for a few months now and it's fantastic! My 1 and only issue (not on their end it was a USPS issue) was resolved within a day of contacting them and was handled perfectly. All the toys and treats are awesome and my cat loves getting new toys and treats.

My dog and I have been loyal customers for 7 months now! She is always excited when I come into the door with her box and loves all the goodies inside! It is also really great to recieve a box the showcases organic products and smaller businesses!

Defiantly worth the price, and my dog loves opening it up every month! You get tons of items for only $25, and as every dog owner knows, they are normally not cheap!
