Hello Alicia Ferreira! I am so sorry you had such a terrible experience not receiving your package after you've moved! We understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to treat our pets especially when they've come to expect it each month. I reviewed the conversation you've had with our customer service team. I truly feel our team acted with the utmost respect to you and the missing package. It appears you never changed your address in our system or reached out to us about it, so new shipments could be directed to your new address. It wasn't until 2 shipments went to the old address that you tried to inform us. Unfortunately, we are not responsible (nor mind-readers) for forwarding packages to your new address that we have no clue about. Packages don't have the same forwarding rules as regular mail and catalogs - they require additional postage/rule to actually get forwarded. Otherwise they deliver as intended - and your last packaged ended up at your old apartment complex, which I'm sure if you reached out to them you could probably get it quite easily. I'm so glad you had a great year with us, and I'm very sad to have lost your business. However, your feedback has been valuable and we appreciate the 12 months we've been able to serve your dog. We stand behind ALL of our products, and the service we provide every single one of our customers. We take it very seriously when a customer has an issue, and we do everything we can to make it right. Sometimes we fall short because we are also human. We wish you and your pup the very best! Vantha
