Pets Warehouse has been the most awful retailer that I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on August 19 and they immediately had a pending charge on my account for payment. Shortly after that I received two email updates that contradicted each other. After several weeks I finally got through to a person on the phone who apologized for the delay saying that it was a manufacturer delay. About a week and a half later I received another email stating exactly what she told me that it would be 3-15 days until they had the items. I have been trying to contact them ever since and have yet to receive an answer or reach a live person. I will never do business with this company again and will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from this company.

I had the same experience as many others on this site. I attempted to contact them via email, which is the only option they provide. After no reply I titled my email "FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION". Amazingly I received a response within an hour. After a few sarcastic responses and eventually being banned from any further orders they sent an email receipt for a refund. Of course, after 5 days I still hadn't received my refund so I followed through with the FTC complaint. Within 2 hours I had a legitimate FULL refund receipt with a transaction ID, which posted to my credit card today. Hope this helps those who still have not received their order or refund.

Ordered dog food, was told no charge would be put on my credit card until shipment, no product received, they do not answer their phone, they do not respond to emails and do acknowledge the form on their website that I filled out. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB. Very shady company.

I placed an order for 2 fountain pumps. They sent me an email that my order was being processed but my card would not be charged until the items shipped. The website still says that the order is still being processed but not sent. I was charged on 8/12/2020. I checked with the credit card company. It was not just the authorization that Petswarehouse claims but an actual charge. I have filed a complaint and refund with the charge card. Upon filing the complaint, the company started to contact me. Interesting. Nothing from my emails. Nothing from the contact us form. No answer to the phone (no voice mail set up). Yelp page had expired. First they said the item had been discontinued (then I should not have been charged). Then they said a few moments later in another email that the item was delayed. They can't even get their stories straight. Do yourself a favor. This company cannot be trusted.

Is there a zero star?? All I did was ask how much longer for a delivery and their butts were hurt! They responded with: "No problem, good luck getting it faster order refunded Pets Warehouse PetsWarehouse.com" Never have I seen anything like this! In a previous review they told a person they do not charge until its shipped. This email just proved that wrong along with my bank showing the refund. This is the most sorry excuse for a company. Please order anywhere else. I reordered from valuepetsupplies.com. it was cheaper and they got with me to make sure i got my order!

IT has been over 20 days since they charged my card and items still have not shipped. Do yourself a favor and use amazon or chewy.com

Worst customer service and order fulfillment process imaginable with intentionally misleading shipping cost policy and rude and unhelpful customer service unwilling to help resolve issues with items not received and not properly communicated at time of order or shipment would not be available or included with order. Items that did arrive took more than two weeks and the items I really needed were not provided. The only reason I even ordered the other items was to try to get free shipping which is nearly impossible with their misleading policy and to justify the unusually high shipping cost that I was unable to avoid. Many other guys websites have simple fast cheap comparable products with actual free shipping on orders over $50 so don’t waste your time or money with this business
